Ajwan Towers is a snow-white complex by ESK Investments, located on Saadiyat Island within walking distance of the sandy Soul Beach and a stunning branch of Paris’s Louvre Museum. The complex includes three towers, invisibly connected to each other.
Ajwan Towers offers 1–3-bedroom apartments in 21 layouts. In Towers A and B, you can rent housing, and in Tower C, you can buy one of the 115 available residences. Their total living area varies from 840 sq. ft to 2,756 sq. ft. The interior design was done in a minimalist style in beige and grey colour tones and with sophisticated décor details. Closed-type kitchens are equipped with furniture and appliances. From the living room and the master bedroom there is access to a spacious undulating balcony, where you can set up a comfy lounge area.
