Yas Acres is a premium coastal community on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The area is divided into two sub-communities, Royal Oak and The Cedars, with over 1,000 residential units, a golf club and a private beach.
Yas Acres was conceived as a self-contained community with a variety of amenities, including shopping, medical and educational facilities, restaurants, parks and athletic fields. The project was realised by the developer Aldar Properties.
Properties in the complex include 2-4 bedroom townhouses and 4-6 bedroom villas. Residences range in size from 2,330 to 7,136 sq. ft. All residential units have private gardens, parking spaces, spacious balconies or terraces converted into sitting areas, and separate staff quarters. Some units have a private swimming pool.

Yas Island is connected to the mainland of Abu Dhabi via two bridges, spanning Al Falah Road and Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed St. The Yas Acres complex is adjacent to these transport links, providing access to other areas and business centres of the emirate. Abu Dhabi International Airport can be reached in about 20 minutes.
